How long will the evaluation take?

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to complete all necessary paperwork. Your visit will last approximately three hours and will include a comprehensive evaluation administered by Richard Randall, licensed physical therapist.



What do I need to do to prepare for the evaluation?

Please complete and bring with you the YELLOW patient information sheet included in the packet our office mailed you prior to your evaluation. Feel free to contact us prior to your appointment with any concerns or questions. You can wear comfortable clothing such as loose fitting athletic wear, shorts and athletic shoes. No open-toed sandals, high heels, tight fitting clothes or dresses. Preferably no jewelry. If you have questions about taking medications prior to the evaluation, please call our office.

 

How long will it take to get the report?

Reports will be conveniently emailed within 5 business days following the evaluation.
